we had a "fun" one yesterday

inbound AC 1236 took an hour MX delay in YYZ, then circled as there was a small storm front in southern florida, as all the other holding aircraft got landing clearances (was watching on flightaware.) AC was the only diversion - to RSW. Instead of refueling and then heading back, they were sitting on the ground for hours. Scheduled arrival was ~1300, departed RSW at 19:50 arrived at PBI at 21:47(!).

Agents (outsourced) didn't have real info but I had the good sense to rebook us out of FLL on the (otherwise awfully late 930p) which ended up taking almost a 2 hour delay. Luckily the kids (3/7) were tired and fell asleep on that mess of a flight,..

anyone have access to the actual FLIFO to see what they documented in the system for 1236?
