HP Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga

GOOD category. I've stayed here over a dozen times in the last year since moving back to Southern California last summer.

Free parking, friendly staff and managers, luggage carts where needed. Breakfast is just fine for me; I top off my Nespresso Coffee mug and grab an apple and a banana to go after breakfast.

Many dinner options nearby, Ontario Mills shopping mall is across the way. Say what you want about gas station taquerias, but the one at the nearby Chevron (Alberto's) has fast, friendly service and tasty meals made to order, packaged to go.

Pro tip: ask for a high floor room facing north and enjoy the lovely view of a parking lot in the foreground and the San Gabriel mountains in the background. Great way to start the morning. If you need to wake up early, ask for a high floor room facing south. The I-10 freeway noise will really start to get going around 4:30 AM.
