It’s utterly infuriating having planned my whole travel year around hitting GGL before the deadline to fail at the last hurdle due to BA’s ineptitude.
To add to the confusion I’m 40 points short on the app, but 80 points short on the website and if I try to claim for missing Avios / tier points I get this error message ‘
We’re sorry, we’re currently experiencing a connection issue. Please close this page and try again.’
