These are essentially all NX flights, code-shared with CA. CA is just the marketing carrier and *A dictates that it's the operating carrier that matters. In this case as NX is not *A no star alliance wide benefits apply

You might even find that your NX flight could actually be operated by a CA aircraft, which is wet-leased to NX. In that case NX is still the operating carrier.

If you are really precious about the benefits and miles, fly to ZUH and hop across the border. Might be cheaper that way too.
