I think it's a competitive advantage that DL will find increasingly hard to ignore. AA would be wise to get a deal done with Starlink. I have no idea why DL isn't going with Starlink because politics aside, there isn't even a viable competitor in the foreseeable future. Other LEO constellations are still in the planning stage. Amazon has faced numerous delays and doesn't even have continental US coverage let alone global coverage. US carriers won't be using Chinese LEO constellations.
