I don't see much point in making broad generalities based on brand. There are some very solid properties out there under each of these brands, and some pretty weak ones as well.

The RC at LA Live being one of the weaker RCs, especially if you're considering the lounge. To the broader point, there's certainly a market for higher end properties downtown, witness popularity of the new Conrad.
