DL is already pivoting. Their new A350 and A321neo deliveries will not get ViaSat. That's a pretty significant change. I think DL took a big chance on ViaSat, and has realized it was a mistake.
Unfortunately, they've chosen Hughes EchoStar, not Starlink, as their Plan B. All the RJs and 717s are also slated for Hughes.

Will DL retrofit its existing fleet them? Pretty disappointing that DL is going all in with Hughes. I guess that rules out Starlink for the foreseeable future. Trump and Musk would be so happy if DL partners with Starlink.
