Hi all, I have two issues that I believe are both related to the same underlying cause. I cannot login to my Alaska account on any browser other than Edge. It says "this request is blocked". Since it works on the app and Edge, I am at least ok on that front. Now, I receive the same error when I try to connect my Hawaiian Airlines account to Alaska (on the interstitial from points.com). I have been dealing with the issue for 3 weeks and have raised tickets with both Hawaiian and Alaska. On the latest call, Alaska said it is a known IT issue with some accounts and they can't do anything but raise a ticket with IT and wait. I need to transfer miles from Hawaiian to Alaska to make a miles booking asap. Obviously, the rate won't last forever. Any ideas?
