Had the Lamb Shoulder yesterday on JFK-LAX and the only thing edible about the dish were the Brussel Sprouts. Lamb already died once, did they really need to kill it again? Either the polenta or the sauce tasted like a salt bomb. The “spicy deviled eggs” appetizer didn’t taste like anything. I did like the Passion Fruit Cheesecake. Thankfully I enjoyed the DeltaOne lounge before the flight and had a great three course meal in the restaurant.
