i was thinking of calling the Gold helpline in the morning, but not sure there’s much point.

Yes, the evidence would suggest there was a problem crediting tier points and avios earned on the 26th. I am awaiting 160 TPs from that day for example. I raised it with the GGL this morning and was told they would try to get them to me within 7 working days. Rather annoying, especially given the upheaval there will undoubtedly be the day after tomorrow.
