I've noticed on April's Signature menu that the third red wine choice will be a rotating choice of one of three Canadian wines, I assume dependent upon departure or time of month. While I'm not certain some of the choices would be my preference, it's nice to see AC being a little more patriotic these days. This seems to apply for both international and domestic service.
