I put RC a step below PH and have PH on the same level at St Regis and Waldorf Astoria.
These are nice city hotel.

But there are way more RC that are unique and destinations, such as Phulay Bay, Kyoto, Maldives. Not saying all RC are equal. There’s only so much you can do with city hotels but I wouldn’t say one chain is better than others.
