This was probably one of the worst First menus I've had, and generally speaking I find the Seattle catering to be not great but this was a new level of meh.

The amuse bouche tasted ok, but beetroot "tartare" come on the word literally means unbooked fish or meat. You don't get to fancy up raw vegetables by calling it tartare.





The winner for what the F happened on this plate though goes to the Blue Crab salad starter, pretty much every component on this wasn't good and visually its a wreak.



The fish while nicely presented was bone dry, its Seattle there's some fish here they should be able to do better and also the chili sauce on light whitefish surely was thought a good idea by the same person who made the above salad and whom should be sent back to dishwasher.



Service on the flight was slow as well, so skipped dessert and went to bed after a couple bites of the fish.
