Anyone staying at RC Fukuoka is probably either driving or using taxis. Nothing near Hakata station is remotely luxury forum worthy.
It's near the good shopping boutiques and department stores. There's no need to pay extra for the restaurant when the Club Lounge is almost a restaurant in itself.
