And I would say the frustration is warranted, because I have had to submit a missing a transaction request for every single Air Dolomiti flight I've taken, when all of them were booked and ticketed through AC.
Flights operated by EN on behalf of LH are treated as LH flights, just like those operated by CityLine, or like how Jazz flights are treated as AC. Those would qualify for bonus points. Flights operated by EN under its own code don't qualify. Perhaps you have received bonus points in the past in the first situation. Regardless, if some glitch did result in you earning points in the past for EN flights that were ineligible, that doesn't entitle you to earn them going forward.
