The only "benefits" I can think about is the AmEx offers on Hyatt hotels, from time to time. Can be like $200 credit on $800 hotel stay. Good if you pay cash and forgo Hyatt points. In this offer, you get 25% instead of the 6% or whatever you get. You still retain Hyatt benefits.
