English Pea Ravioli cacio e pepe beurre blanc, Pecorino, fresh peas, roasted tomatoes
Shrimp and Grits (limited)Creole sauce, wilted kale, scallions
Lamb Shoulder (limited) celery pesto (nut free), creamy polenta, fried Brussels sprouts

Went with Do&Co's iteration of the shrimp and grits (saw the lamb was highly recommended upthread, but figured I'd have eaten a fair amount in the D1 lounge so wanted something lighter) - sauce had a fair amount of kick to it and shrimp was still substantial. Dish could probably have spent a bit more time in the oven (grits were room temperature and kinda meh, and the kale was not wilted), but this was the 7:35pm departure and we were delayed an hour out of JFK, and the crew hustled to get the meals out (wheels up at 8:36pm and got my tray at 9:05, which is probably a record)



Cheesecake was only ok:


Slept through the pre-arrival cookie unfortunately.
