I'm all for criticizing AC when it's warranted, but perhaps one should double-check things like this before getting infuriated.
I hear you, but I've received Elite Status bonus points for Air Dolomiti flights both last year and this year back in January.
Seeing as I've been awarded them in the past, I would expect it to be awarded now.
And I would say the frustration is warranted, because I have had to submit a missing a transaction request for every single Air Dolomiti flight I've taken, when all of them were booked and ticketed through AC.
