In fact, I find all our broadcast news outlets fail on that front. The lack (or misuse) of apostrophes; acronyms - for example, the use of Pip where it should be PIP as it is an acronym, not a word; basic typos that have not been checked before going to air; and generally poor use of grammar. But that's what happens when you hire children in the newsroom....

No doubt someone will be along now to correctly criticise my use of punctuation and/or grammar in this post.....😉
