Unable to receive confirmation emails?
I made two reservations last night and did not receive confirmation emails. When I called the Globalist line, they tried to send them to multiple email addresses and were not successful. When I called the Concierge line this morning, they tried to send them, which failed - they said the system has “latency” and could take up to 48 hours. Seems absurd that they can’t fix the latency over a period of 8 hours. I told them I won’t be making any reservations until it’s fixed as I don’t want to have to chase down these reservations after the fact.
