Something similar happened to me last year (last flight from TYO to make gold didn't post before deadline, flew on Mar. 27). I wrote to CS around Apr. 10 and the flight posted around Apr. 15, and I got my gold retroactively. So even if they don't post in time, if you made Gold you will get it once they do.
