I sometimes roll my eyes at the level of English spoken these days as I find standards continue to decline. With British in the name I expect BA to insist on correct use of the language online, on the phone, in lounges and on board. Apparently that would be too expensive. Perhaps they think they could afford it if we all drop £20,000 per year plus tax.
