Could do better……? [BA grammar in email]
This is the email received when being moved to 2FA. Now my O-level English was quite some time ago but I’m fairly sure “You…..was asked” is not correct grammar.
I know there are bigger problems with BA than this, but to me it looks unprofessional and makes the email appear fake.
