Had the Sablefish on YYZ-ZRH today as my breakfast and it was excellent. Fish was moist and flaky and sides were well done. Curry sauce is tasty and doesn't overwhelm the fish. Highly recommend. Sorry forgot to take a picture.
The SD also mentioned that there is an "unpublished" beef option (pre-order?) that is worth trying.
Here is a picture of the curry sablefish. It was good, but not as good as earlier sablefish. Mind you, this was after enjoying the Signature Suite Fogo Island cod and beef tenderloin which were both outstanding!
