There is no arrival lounge benefit in Star Alliance, ANA only has an arrival lounge in Narita, which is for business class, first class, and ANA elite members.
Even for JAL where there is a a benefit in Oneworld for the long haul leg to count for short haul lounge access PY does not count, as there Alliance wide is no lounge access for PY.
The F&B outlets of IAH will be the options.
