What is your Priority Club status?
Diamond Elite

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
On the whole - Yes

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked a King Classic with an Anniversary Night Flex + 2000pts and the second night on points. Emailed prior to ensure we were in the same room for both nights. On arrival we were assigned a double queen; mentioned hat we had reserved a king, and they 'found' one. Unfortunately, not on a high floor and it was next to the elevators (My preferences are for a high floor away from elevators!)

How are the rooms?
The room was fine, and the elevators were not too bad - they were the secondary ones on the second floor. The bathroom was clean.

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A

What was good and what was bad?
The good:
- Central and easy to get to and from JFK. Check-in was fine.
- Good use of points and Free Flex night
- Happy Hours (4-6pm) had delicious $2 oysters

The bad:
- No upgrade
- $45 amenity charge which was not broken down and difficult to understand.
- Couple complaining about a noisy party on the floor below us and the lack of response by the hotel.
- Observed family asking about breakfast and when told it was a buffet, turned away. I thought it would have been better for a separate restaurant rather than the bar/restaurant area

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
I though good use of a free flex night + 2K points; the second night was 49K. With the Diamond Elite Breakfast, location, I thought good value and would return.
