Most is filled in except for address whilst there and secondary contact details. I fill these in and then an error says error with contact information.

This is a KNOWN ISSUE with BA, just Google it. I have been dealing with it for years to no avail. I just reached out again and spent two hours on the phone trying to get this resolved finally. Even if they "fix" it on the BA end, 99% of the time it still shows the error on my end either on the website or on the app. What this effectively does is it prevents me from ever being able to check in online and having to go to the airport check in counter. Sub par but really problematic if running late to the airport due to traffic, late business meeting etc. I had to fill out a form
