I'm a little overwhelmed by the mechanics of all these rebates and whatnot. Could someone confirm my below understanding?

- travel bank credit: This is automatic. Do nothing and it appears in your account.
- 10k miles "discount" - Is really a rebate like before, not sure why they changed the language. Exactly like before and will show up after booking award ticket, but one 10k intstead of two 5ks.
- Ride share - Need to "activate" it in the chase mobile app, then add the quest as one of my payment methods in uber. For Amex the credits show up in the form of Uber cash, but I gather this will be a statement credit?
- The rest (JSX, Global entry, etc.) dont' require activation, and just require I use the card with the relevant vendor.

It's a little exhausting. May just streamline my cc's soon....
