The Sheraton Royal Gardens is a very old hotel. It was built around 1920 and doesn't appear to have been remodeled since. It has several very good resteraunts there. The downside to the hotel is it's location. It is miles from anything and with crawling traffic it is tough to get out.

The Sheraton Heliopolis Hotel, Towers & Casino is a nice hotel and is very close to the airport but far from everything else.

I have not stayed at the Sheraton Cairo Hotel, Towers and Casino but the upside is it is within walking distance of the museum.
