On AC website, it says both bookings are "not found". On the partner airline website/app, it says both bookings "have been cancelled".
I called Aeroplan, and the agent insisted that both bookings are live - she said both she and the ticketing department can see they are there.
When I mentioned that the partner airline shows "cancelled", she said she can't speak for the partner airline and advised me to contact the partner airline.
I called the partner airline, and the person said he also sees both bookings are live, but told me to call AC (since it's an Aeroplan ticket) to cancel duplicate booking.
1) Is any action required? How can I make sure the tickets are not cancelled? I cannot see them online.
2) If I must cancel duplicate booking to resolve this issue, can I wait until closer to day X so I know which one I'd like to take?
What does the cowtool say?
