The last 2 times I've been on the ex DL planes I noticed that they are starting to show their age as well.
and you were right … 24 hours before the flight the flight changed to VT-ALF which is the older configuration.
has anyone had any luck on refund or compensation for upgrade? It seems like a bait and switch. They let me upgrade for $1500 and showed me the upgraded cabin during seat selection and now they downgraded the cabin.
