I always do for online purchases. Whether it actually qualifies, is another matter.
For this purchase, it should qualify as an online purchase.
I hope you bought a SpeedQueen. All the other brands are pretty much junk.
We had a 18 month old Whirlpool purchased from Lowe's need the control board replaced.
Whirlpool played ignorant and did not tell us about a secret free out-of-warranty repair.
I happened to read a post on Reddit about it.
I did get a credit card not present alert. It's going to all depend on the MCC. I bought a Maytag Commercial , a step down from a Speed Queen but I have had good luck with these, averaging about 23 years per set. I know the newer ones probably have been downgraded but the kids are gone, not a lot of laundry anymore. KOW.
