I was wondering the same thing. I see the "benefit" of a 10k mile rebate after $20K in spend, but nothing about the initial one included when anniversary / annual fee rolls around.
It is pretty clear in their marketing material that a cert will be available at that time, so I assume it will show up then.
My anniversary is not til September, so I am sure others will post their experience as they roll around.
Also gives me time to re-think my overall credit card plans. These ~$8 Uber credits are ridiculous.
