The new CX PE looks promising though the roll out is very slow. I did enjoy hard product on the A321 especially with their 4K screens! 2.5 hour flight in Economy wasn't too bad and there was even a meal on board which I was pleasantly surprised.

I thought 2-4-2 is a fairly standard PE arrangement across 777 operators, although that fleet is indeed getting old.
The middle section felt quite cramped especially if you set on the aisle on the last row as the cabin layout changes for economy.
