Is there an option to refund??? then the TB funds will return to the travel bank. The credit card portion is refunded to the card.
Otherwise you will get a FFC on cancellation.

If you cancel and do not refund (if an option) you will get a Flight Credit which expires 1 year from original purchase, so you may not have much time to use the credit, If refund is an option, best to do that.
