Hello I had a Untied Travel Bank funded that was expiring a few years ago. I booked a flight and canceled it to get a flight credit. I then booked a flight a year out last year with the travel bank (maybe some extra credit card $). The flight itinerary changed (I don't want to travel to Alaska now as my plans have changed too). It gives me an option to keep it, change it, or cancel it. Cancelling it online doesn't work. Do I call united? is there a travel bank number to call? what's my best options to get a flight credit? It's about $800 in travel credit and I have another $1000 in my travel bank from various Amex's.
