Activation fees vary.
The $200 VGC sold at local supermarket has $6.95 activation fee.
$206.95 x 5% = $10.35
$10.35 - $6.95 = $3.40
$3.40 ÷ $200 = 1.69%
Two swipes of $99 to get $3.40 is not worth it especially dealing with the overbearing WM employees.
