I’m baffled that any caterer would consider it acceptable for a business class meal, although perhaps the true culprit is BA’s per passenger budget allocation (?) …… there’s probably not much more than 80 pence worth in that plate, a few small chunks of melon + cherry tomatoes. Good for weight-watching, mind you !
