Seems like OS has “enhanced” their catering concept on all long-haul flights? Scanning this thread and online menus, the appetizer and dessert cart service with many choices for each course seems to have been totally nixed in favor of two appetizer choices, a soup, three main course choices, and cheese/fruit/cake for dessert. Happy to read that the quality still seems decent, but the loss in variety is sad.
