On the Chase Android app
Select the appropriate card (the desired card, not a different card)
Find and select "explore benefits" - need to scroll a bit
Scroll a bit more to find "Up to $150 Rideshare statement credit"
"Activate"
Albeit convoluted, this was definitely the way to get to there, but neither of our Quest cards showed "activate" on the app. We called the number on the back of the card and she activated it on their end.
