Question for Suites BTC (flying from Singapore):
- Any dish that is more "unique" to Suites/First Class BTC compared to the usual Business Class dishes?

The thermidor and other BTC dishes are basically the same in F, just served on bigger plates. IIRC for something like satay, it is the exact same thing.
Hainanese chicken rice used to be 'unique' to F. That tells you something and I don't think it's what you want to hear.
The beef cheeks is one of my 'safe' dishes. You can't go wrong with it and it's very filling.
Steak/chicken/fish you run the risk of being served an overcooked piece of rubber.
My last few flights the rice and noodles have been lumps of mush.
