IHG Hotels & Resorts announces the signing of a 309-dual-branded hotel in the popular tourist destination of Cascais, Portugal. Alongside partners Grupo Onyria, Onyria Marinha Cascais, Vignette Collection and Kimpton Quinta da Marinha Cascais are expected to open between this and next year.
Marinha Cascais, Vignette Collection and Kimpton Quinta da Marinha Cascais add to Portugal’s six open and eight pipeline hotels, including Kimpton Atlântico Algarve and Kimpton Lisbon, as well as Convent Square Lisbon, Vignette Collection and Casa da Companhia Hotel & Spa, Vignette Collection.

Both properties also join the recently signed Six Senses Comporta which is expected to open in 2028, and Hotel Indigo Albufeira, set to open in the first half of 2025.

Located in the heart of Quinta da Marinha, the hotels will be located in a secluded corner of Cascais, immersed in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park with views of the Atlantic Ocean.
