Finnair customer service warned me that if I want to make sure a particular mileage program is credited, I should only have ONE FFP entered. Otherwise, their IT will just randomly choose which FFP to credit or perhaps NOT credit any at all. That's exactly what the person said.
It might be that it works like CS rep says, that it will unpredictively select one of the programs. But my experience a while back when the function was first introduced was that all the programs listed in MMB were credited. YMMV obviously.
