I like to break it down by segment, e.g.:

Ticket (WER9KO)
Price ($500)
Trip (Buffalo to London)
Origin (BUF)
Destination (JFK)
Departs (HH:MM)
Arrives (HH:MM)
Duration (HH:MM)
Seats (7A, 7B)

> 2 rows (another one for JFK to LHR), and potentially 4 rows if you have a return (with Trip: London to Buffalo)

Have also tried to break it down by trip, but it leads to more comma separated info, e.g.:

Ticket (WER9KO)
Price ($500)
Origin (BUF)
Destination (LHR)
Stops (JFK)
Departs (HH:MM)
Arrives (HH:MM)
Duration (HH:MM)

Tracking seats is a little harder here. You could add a column with stops durations too.
