Comment: I did mobile check-in for this stay and was upgraded before arrival. Room has a great view of City Hall and down Market Street to 30th Street Station in the distance. I have previously stayed at this property many times when it was a courtyard. This is my first time staying at it since it became The Notary. Still a great property in a good location. Much better than the gargantuan Marriott Convention Center Hotel across the street.
