It is impossible and also violates MCT.
JL-JL domestic MCT at HND is now 30mins and that does not require changing terminals or reclearing security.

JL domestic to JL international at HND is 70mins - https://www.jal.co.jp/jp/en/dom/boarding/onto/
Even 70mins is pretty tight I'd say.
