For AF or KL coded (and operated by EY) - then the AF/KL rules apply.
For EY coded but operated by AF/KL - there never was any earning.

It's the same for some (though not all) non-Skyteam FB partners - Air Mauritius, Copa, GOL and TwinJet all only refer on their pages to allowing earning on flights that are both marketed and operated by the partner in question.
