Good luck. Honestly, I'm using SQ KF miles and even with that both Tokyo locations are super tricky to get as KF (SQ Krisflyer) Saver awards in Biz both ways to and from SIN. Saver awards availability is what you need for LH to have even a remote chance to be able to offer such a seat to M&M Members using LH miles.
These days, even for SQ KF members, they pretty much only load the more expensive KF Advantage awards (which are not accessible to LH or other *A FFPs) to and from Tokyo even 11 months out or for weekends just publish waitlist space. It's in super high demand.
So you are extremely late to the game and additionally, the month of June is Singapore school holidays and guess what one of the favorite travel destinations is for Singaporeans in Asia?
