I recently stayed here for a night because I had an event to go to at the Maggiano's inside the adjacent mall the next day. I used Amex FHR, the rate was $349 which included the $100 property credit and $60 breakfast credit. The check-in agent also gave me an extra $30 F&B credit "for being Ambassador Elite," which was nice. And the property had confirmed an 11am Your24 check-in.

Service was friendly across the board. F&B was not bad but not memorable. I ended up eating room service lunch the day I arrived (the dumpling pot was decent but kind of bland; the quesadilla was very basic but the accompanying guac was good); dinner in the restaurant that night (crab/corn chowder is extremely rich but very tasty; the pasta with artichokes was fine; martini was well made); and room service breakfast the next morning (very good smoked salmon bagel, bowl of berries, and cold brew). Breakfast was the best meal of the three, and I always appreciate when I can order it the night before for a set time the next morning (rather than having to order it in the morning or having to pick a vague 30-minute window).

Pool/hot tub/spa area is quite nice. The hot tub is large and is a great temp. Locker rooms have steam room and sauna open for all hotel guests, no treatment needed. All of that is open until 10:30 p.m. daily, and the restaurant/bar is open until at least 11:30 p.m.
