Premium Economy is a separate cabin from Main/Coach which HA does not have. I am sure AS will eventually reduce the Extra Comfort seats on the widebodies and install a true Premium Economy section to be competitive.

yes, I realize that, we just using PE in the context of the post, which was Premium Class/Extra Comfort.
